About Me

She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, Kolkata, an RCI-recognised institution, and an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from the University of Calcutta.

She has over three years of clinical experience in the mental health field, working with children, adolescents and adults across a range of psychological concerns, including psychiatric conditions and substance-use issues. She is trained in evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and is skilled in psychological assessment, with a particular interest in projective techniques.

She has also contributed to academic research as a research scholar, strengthening her practice with a strong research-informed approach.
